Bad advertisement for Aerize

Sorry about the multiple posts, but they have my 10.00 and I have a non-working version?

I'm not that bothered by the fact that last week I paid $10.00 (not free, or 2.50) for this program.

BUT, I AM bothered that it does not work properly and they have my 10.00 - And now it's f'n 2.50? (yes, I understand I bought it before the sale, I'm S.O.L.) But at least for 10.00 give me a working version!


They have NOT replied to my emails. I really don't want to call my Credit card company and would rather have a working version.

CAN ANYONE GET AERIZE TO RESPOND TO ME???

I feel like the only chump here. I'll give them another day before I call Master Card

You do realize it is the holidays right? Maybe he's out or town or spending time with family and not checking emails.

The Holiday season does have its setback unfortunately , Many take time off thus customer service lacks at times.
