Post Back-up of Device fails after Aerize install

After installation of the software my DM v4.6 fails to back up device hanging up on different databases such as "Camera Options" and "Phone Options". OS is 4.5.0.81.
Backup and restore are critical to the operation of the device...

Can Aerize help please?

Hi, I tried but was unable to replicate this problem on a T-mobile Curve 8320 with OS 4.5.081 and CardLoader 1.2.0 installed. Does the problem persist after uninstalling Card Loader?

Did back up work prior to installation?

Did this issue resolve itself?

Back-up and restore worked prior to Aerize install. The problem required a wipe with JL Cndr to fix.
I have since replaced devices, reinstalled Aerize (still waiting on a new serial number>>>>) and Im having the same issue again.

I thought I was the only one having this problem. I'll wait for a soultion before I uninstall, cause I really like this application. I hoe there is a plausable explantion for this. However I didn't back-up before the install so i'm screwed.

Just a note, I had to turn off my Bluetooth to get my backups to work!

Weird...

Very possible. I have an 8320 that if Wifi is enabled, the phone will not work -- it won't ring when people call, just send them straight to voicemail. Your solution may be related to something like this.

For what it's worth, Card Loader doesn't affect those two items that are causing backup to fail, so unfortunately (fortunately?) the problem is more likely related to Desktop Manager. Perhaps see if you have the latest revision?

We've not been able to replicate the backup failure yet, but will try the Bluetooth thing next.

I'm sorry, to say I disagree, is an understatement. I have the latest OS, and Desktop Manager (not BETA items)...

I was merely stating a fact that when I DID have Aerize Card Loader installed, to create a backup, I had to turn my Bluetooth off. I even tested it; I uninstalled Aerize Card Loader, and created a backup no problem. I tested it with wifi, too, but that still failed. It was pure luck I figured to turn the Bluetooth off, and my backup worked...

Anyway, moving on...

So did you disable BT on the device, in the DM, or both? I am having the same problem.
