Furthermore, when i set management to "AUTO" I notice a lag in my phone, even when browsing into the phone.. Is there any solution to that?

I downloaded the app and paid for it. My Storm went belly up for the second time and had to get a new phone(I am on the 3rd phone now) and my question is how can I redownload the app or can I get a refund if it cannot be reloaded?
