Seems that 1.2.1 is officially released again...waiting til I get a text to see if the problem still exists

EDIT: Nope, still doesn't bring me to my SMS folder. When I tell it to open an SMS it brings me to the e-mail folder and actually opens the Search page within it. I have all permissions set to Allow and compatibility mode is disabled.

I changed it back so that SMS and e-mail are kept in the same place and I'm still having problems. It now brings me to the right place since they are all combined, but it still pops up that Search thing once I get there...very annoying. Is anyone else having this problem? Maybe I'll try totally uninstalling/reinstalling the app if I'm the only one having the problem.

I like the update a lot actually, one thing that bothered me was the screen redrawing issue when a call was active but now I can disable the popup when on a call. I wish this issue was fixed though but its nice to disable while on a call. Also, I am experiencing some more screen redrawing issues after either dismissing a popup or marking one as read. Sometimes the whole screen will turn white and I have to press a bunch of buttons for it to come back. This issue wasn't on any of the previous builds. Also, is there going to be any way to disable the image and just show text? I don't have many pictures so just showing text would allow for more space to preview the message. That area is a bit small even with small font on. Good update overall though, continue the great work!

I 2nd the getting rid of the pic part. I don't keep photo contacts and it bugs me to see that place holder there.

Some things I'd like to see is if I hit dismiss, or okay, is there any way to make my status light stop blinking? What's the point of having a full preview if your gonna have to go back in and select the msg so it stops blinking.

another thiglng that would be nice is if I can reply directly from the app, currently I have it set to REAL, then hit open then hit reply. Being able to reply from the app would reduce some steps

I dl the new update last nite. While it is still not perfect it is getting better. I am now able to get my email pop-ups unlike b4. New SMS still takes me to the email box. I still get 3 garbled pop up's during the MMS process. 1st one pops up without any audible notification. 2nd one pops up again without any audible notification again. I then get my MMS and tone WITHOUT any pop ups as if I didn't have the app installed. I view the MMS. A 3rd garbled pops up for a last time without any notification. Also the number that shows up during the 1st pop up is xxx-xxx-xxxx2948. The 2nd time shows the actual number and lastly the 3rd time shows again xxx-xxx-xxxx2948. I'm not complaining at all just trying to help out the dev team work out the bugs so that we can all can benefit from a great app.

I've followed the instructions disabling compatibility mode and setting everything to "allow" in permissions and it's working fine.

I have this loaded on my 8130.

Sprint out of box 4.3 OS
Permissions: adjust to Allow All
Enable for: E-mail & SMS
Show If: Anyone
Button Layout: Bottom Grid
Body Preview: Long
Auto-Dismiss: Disabled
Font Size: Normal

So I texted myself using my 8330 to test it out and I didn't get any pop-up or notifications. It's as if it doesn't even work.

But If I(Enable for: Calls) it will pop-up randomly after my call and/or freeze my screen for a good 15 seconds. Or it will lag on pop-up after I clear the miss call myself. (And on my pop-up from the call, it wont show the picture that is assigned to the address book).

Am I missing something?

same here with the same 4 digit extention..they are aware. Issue also occurs when visual voicemail is left.
A quick bandaid fix could be an updated version that blocks popups from xxx-xxx-xxxx2948.
