Anyway i can go back down to the previous version?

The current version doesnt work from time to time for my emails and sms

1.1.2 was actually working fine for my bold (.185)

I do get uncaught exception errors from time to time as well

I deleted the app , reinstalled and did a battery pull but it did'nt change this issue .

Is it possible for you to get a screen shot of this happening? Is this occuring with 1.2.1 as well?

I don't think I know how to do that . On the other hand , I have 1.2.0 . When I try downloading 1.2.1 ? it just says : Do you want to replace 1.2.0 by 1.2.0 ?

How do I get 1.2.1 ?

Yeah sometimes it won't go to the sms inbox, but i'd say 8 or 9 out of 10 times it does. I'm not sure why it doesn't sometimes.

I upgraded. Now it says my activation key is not correct.

Upgraded to 1.2.1 the other day. It worked once or twice, then yesterday it popped up an email alert--the pop up froze, and after that, no pop ups. After using BBmessenger today a window saying that it (Aerize Email Alerts) wasn't responding.

Are you sure this program works on 8830s? I had Peek-A-Who before, and they said they had problems getting their app to work on 8830s; they tried and tried, and after several fixes and updates, they got it to the point where it finally didn't work at all, so I ditched it for the Aerize version...

I'm not familiar with the storm but I had this same problem on my bold and got it resolved. When you open your message folder, click the menu button, then options, then general options and then where it says, "SMS and EMAIL Boxes" make sure it says separate and not "theme controlled." I also had the same problem with my SMS's going into my messages folder but this solved it. Let me know if that works.

That's not the problem. The problem is that if you tell Aerize to open the message, it brings you to the Messages app instead of the SMS/MMS app. This is fine if you have them all combined into Messages but not fine if you keep them separated (as you suggested). It's a matter of Aerize bringing you to the wrong place, not the messages going to thr wrong place.

Not only am I having the above problem but when I get new emails I never get a pop up. Only SMS do I get a pop up. I tried everything under the sun from permissions, filters, content protection, battery pull etc. *shrugs*

you're most likely using 1.2.0.. you have to use 1.2.1 for storm

I know you're aware from past posts just relisting here:

Issues with storm:
Receive garbled popup when I receive a new visual voicemail. Just a bunch of numbers.

Receive popups when "sending" mms also a garbled message. I'm on Verizon and I think it has to do with delivery status. Sometimes the popup will come later in the day when I send the mms to multiple friends.

I upgraded to 1.2.1 and it sux. it keeps giving me an app error message so i downgraded back to 1.2.0 never really got to use it coz of the error message. i tried to install 1.2.1 4x and gives the same error message. whats up with that?
