Hi everyone,
This is JReel and with the requested review/installation of the Case Mate Smart Skin. Excuse me for the lighting, i'm still new to doing product reviews and shooting. The Case Mate Smart case is a great case to have in your collection and offered in a other colors. The raised button design makes typing a lot easier than usual. The Blackberry Skin Case is a simple design, something to just throw on your case on a everyday base. I bought both these cases at ShopCrackberry.com. Comment and rate my video, enjoy.

I don't like the current skin case combos that are currently available. you mentioned that you will do some more reviews on cases. could you possibly review this case? Ok, your question is will it fit into the Blackberry Holster? Well i did do a test and forgot to include this into the video, the Bold with the Case-mate Smart Skin WILL NOT fit into the Blackberry Holster. I will be doing a quick video on this accessory in the future. Be sure to look out for my videos

I have one on the way and appreciate it when anyone does a video review of the products. With so many options on accessories, a picture and product description just sometimes isn't enough.

I just got my smartskin, I'm pretty disappointed with the cutaway holes at the side. They are not very sharp cuts, they look like they were cut with an amatuer pair of scissors.

I guess you can't ask for much from a silicon case, it can't be perfect because cutting it is not easy, even with a blade or laser.

Just so you guys know, it's not as sleek as it looks in the picture. Under close inspection, the side holds are not perfectly shaped.

Thanks for your input, you might've just got a bad case, that wasn't cut properly or something. Most people on here like there's, but i'm now opting for a hard case.

Just got my first blackberry the 8330 curve and i am in Love with it.
Since I work in a fairly dirty outdoor environment this case looks perfect for me except for the lack of a belt clip or holster.
One of the previous posts mentioned it won’t fit in the black berry holster.
Would it be possible to attach a clip via adhesive?
Or is the material prohibitive to this?
Also is there a pouch that would accommodate it?

Maybe a big pouch would fit. But it WILL NOT fit into the Blackberry OEM holster. I'm not sure if you want to attach an adhesive clip to the case.

FYI: Otterbox problem with Blackbery Bold

I just got my second skin so I can change colors as the mood strikes me.
I still wish I could use the charging pod with the skin on, but you can't have everything.
As for a case that will hold my Bold and the skin, I found a Sena Case that I had gotten for my Cingular 8525. it fits well, but has no sleeper function. here is a post somewhere about the HTC Fuze case from AT&T that will also fit and the magnetic closure just happens to ptu the BB into sleeper mode.
I am using autostandby to conserve battery life.
