Default First Impressions- Seidio Innocase 360 for the Blackberry Bold

Hello everyone, its JReel member from the Crackberry community, and this is the first impressions video on the Seidio Innocase 360 for the Blackberry Bold 9000. The original Seidio Innocase was my number 1 case in my Top 5 Case video, and this new case from Seidio doesn't disappoint me a bit. The feel is almost the same as the original but with a little more grip, the screen shield protector and the keyboard cover makes it the ultimate case. The trackball issue of the Case Mate Smart Skin isnít found on this case because the area around the trackball in caved in sinking towards the trackball so you have a nice and smooth transition when rolling it around (I forgot to mention that in the video). So far this case is awesome to carry around having the full on 360 protection on the keyboard and screen. I will be having a full review soon, and please leave your comments below what you think.

How accessible is the trackball? Does it make scrolling any different?

    Hello,

As you can see in the picture, the area surrounding the trackball are concaved inwards to provide users ample trackball navigation room. If you have used the original Innocase, this will not be much different!

Yes, the original Innocase Holster will still work as well as its sleeper function!

So the major downside to the original Innocase was that horizontal bar blocking the trackball. And the trackball on the Bold is a bit recessed as it is. I don't have high hopes here, but will wait for Jreel's full review. I imagine the case for the 8900 might be better as the trackball is less recessed to begin with.

I've had the Innocase 360 for the Javelin/8900 for a couple of weeks and its great!

At first using the trackball felt a little bit different but after getting used to it I strongly recommend this case!

I've dropped the phone a couple of times and the case has on a couple occasions opened up but upon checking the phone, it doesn't have any damage....and even the case it self doesn't show any big signs of damage...

The only complaint might be that the screen protector is not completely, in my case, completely flat against the actual phone's screen and when the screen is off, you can see kind of an air bubble...other than that...no issues whatsoever....

Can this be used with a BSE full skin? I seem to remember reading where there was a slight issue with the screen protector?

The trackball area feels great, like i said in the first impressions, its a smooth transition across the call button to the end call button. I know a lot of people may have concern with this because they might think there is a lot of depth in the trackball but there isnt, the area around it caves inward.

Hey J does the screen protector actually touch the screen on the phone? My concern is the bubble type effect of a badly put on screen protector.

The screen protector on the Seidio Innocase 360 does sit on top of the Blackberry Bold, there is no issue with screen bubbles at all, and ive been using this for 3 days so far

    Hello,

I'm sorry that you have bad experiences with the case, but that's why there's always other options in Innocase Surface or maybe a silicone skin case.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Default Seidio Innocase for BlackBerry Bold 9000: Multiple Issues

Have had three that have all fractured at the upper right corner!!! Love the case, the form fit is great, the feel is outstanding. However, the one that fractured today was upon removal for a battery pull. I removed it only once since new. The other two fractured after only a couple of removals from the case and reinserted.

Seidio!!! There has got to be a better solution for this case for the Bold 9000.

Second note: wife has had hers for the iphone for a year, no problems...Daughter has had hers for her Storm, no problems for 3 months...

    Maybe it's just me?
