Default Blackberry 9700 Barely There Case (Green) review! :)

I received my Blackberry 9700 Barely There Case in green today. 2-3 Day shipping and paid $14.99 instead of the $19.99 by using the coupon code holiday09 (Use it while you can!).

I love the color and feels extra sexy holding it. It fits into the OEM Holster without a issue which is a big plus for me. It is a easy snap-in and a easy snap-out if necessary.

It comes with one screen protector which isn't the best screen protect in my opinion with the stupid bubbles you got to deal with when putting it on, but it does the job.

It does cover the speaker but it does not effect it in any way. One thing to note is the bottom and the top of the phone are exposed. If you feel you need the whole outer part covered, this isn't the case as it mostly gets the sides and the back.

Check out my youtube video and leave a comment and/or any questions you may have.

I wanted to buy the same thing, the case mate barely there, but this case does not cover the outer sides (top and bottom) of the phone, so in my opinion there isnt much protection. If you drop it, it still will hit the and damage the bottom or top of the phone.
Thats why I ordered a skin, which will be covering the whole outside of the phone, in my opinion that is way better.

does it make the phone feel thicker? I love how thin the phone feels. I tried on one of those silicon cases and couldn't do it.

PhillyM: Those parts can be bought and mounted if anything but I see where you are coming from.

buddha3569: In my opinion, yes. Doesn't feel like anything is added to it.

Yep.

I can't notice a difference with it on really besides the back being very smooth when holding it.

Just read the reviews, one person said it's a bit slippery?

I didn't see a clear one? Or do you mean you're waiting for a clear one to be available?

Yes, the back is a bit slippery but it's not really that bad.

Their website (Case-Mate.com). It will show you in the middle left page the $5.00 off after you hit Apply.

Thanks!

I ordered a black one. Going to use it under my silicone case, it's kind of loose.
